I took this photograph of a waterlily. I painted it in a bit different style than I normally do. I loved it so much I adopted it as my business logo. The waterlily is textured which shows up better in the close-up.

The North Entrance of St. Cloud Hospital has a wonderful garden. I saw a beautiful monarch butterfly (my fav) on a bloom...wings a flapping. Wow. I LOVE it when God stops me in my tracks as I'm always blessed when I slow down and take in the magnificence of Him. I could have stayed there all day! Thanks for the cuddle Dad.

Had so much fun trying something new with my friend, Deborah Ann Kirkeeide, who really knows how to do this style. This is one of my petite paintings on a 6" x 6" Museum Panel. I can't wait to experiment and try an animal now...one of my favorite's of God's blessings.
