Yay, I'm back on track in trying to get one page spread done in two weeks. Those vacations and health issues sure get in the way, haha. 

Next up is Fats and how we need them for our bodies to work properly, they get a bad rap!

Chapter 5 - Nut and Seed

Hi there. Here is a snippet of the Nut and Seed page that is finished. Now onto the Dairy page. I have been working on some classes/courses and trying to find that balance between art and the book. I need to practice with my art so I don't lose it all. The goal is to do a quick study/painting in the morning and then getting onto the book as that is top priority. Enjoy autumn, it is a comin'.
